To login you must have registered and verified your email address. This process is described at Signing up to NE Trunk Road Alerts.

The login screen will ask for your email address and password, see screenshot below:

The email address and password are the ones you provided when you registered. If you have forgotten your password you can reset it via the process described at Resetting your password.

Entering an incorrect password too many times will result in you being locked out. You can gain access agin by resetting your password, again described at Resetting your password.
